I rarely recommend following a strictly planned diet (where you know exactly how much of exactly which foods you’re eating) to achieve any long-term nutrition goal. For the vast majority of people, such strict planning just isn’t sustainable long-term. Simple rules can be very helpful, though, for realigning your diet toward something that accomplishes your goal.
As such, I don’t often plug any particular food brand, but I recently discovered Pastabilities pasta at the store. They have high-protein and high-fiber varieties, and they’re really good. Highly recommend them if you love a big bowl of pasta as much as I do but don’t always want a huge bowl of carbohydrate calories.
