FightFit Training
Every session you won't just be getting a good workout, we'll be teaching you the intricacies of Muay Thai, kickboxing and boxing. Technique work, pad holding, partner drills, combination throwing and eventually sparring (yes, you will really learn how to fight!) are what you'll be focused on. It is *impossible* to train in this sport and not get a good workout, and that's why this training is so great: the more you learn, the more fun you have with the sport, and the better your workout is.
In addition to the striking-focused drills, we use fun and functional equipment to round out your conditioning: ropes, ladders, medicine balls, bands and, most importantly, your own body weight. Our trainers are skilled in everything from strength and resistance training, to plyometrics, muscular endurance, cardio, agility, flexibility and stability training. We use a wide variety of tools, and we’ll incorporate any workout equipment you might own and want to learn how to use as well. We’ll not only show you what to do to accomplish your goals, we’ll show you the how and the why as well.
The central pillar of our training, however, is that it’s built around you and your individual goals. Every person and every body is different, so we take the time and care to find a training pace, schedule, structure and focus that works best for you. This all comes together to form your own personalized regimen.
Finally, wherever you want to train - at your home or a nearby park - we travel everywhere in metropolitan Los Angeles. Our team covers West Hollywood, Century City, Santa Monica, West Adams, Culver City, Mar Vista, Playa Vista, Baldwin Hills, downtown LA, Los Feliz, the San Fernando Valley, Studio City, Mid City, Hollywood and Hollywood Hills, Sherman Oaks, Pacific Palisades, West LA, Westchester, El Segundo and all the neighborhoods within. In short, we'll work to find the location and time that's most convenient for you.
