WIDE variety of classes

There are many elements that go into building a strong body, as well as nuances towards attaining proper technique. This is exactly why we offer over 35+ premium classes and workouts spanning seven different categories, all designed to help you reach your goal. These categories will help you build strength, develop your agility, refine your technique, increase your flexibility and improve your endurance.

  • This series covers all you need to know for the main workout library:

    • Stance and basic foot movement

    • Punches, elbows, kicks and knees

    • Some basic defenses

    Make no mistake though, these classes are super challenging and include a variety of challenging strength, endurance and agility exercises.

  • These classes will use punches, elbows, kicks and knees in drills, shadowboxing, combinations and technique work to bring a challenging and fun workout. Every class reviews some key aspects of the technique and includes a huge variety of body weight exercises using nothing more than a towel, chair and your own body.

  • These classes are 30-minutes long and utilize body weight exercises. The primary focus of these classes is to offer challenging resistance training to help you get stronger.

  • Come prepared for these 20 minute workouts that throw you straight into the action, drawing on the striking technique you've learned in the intro videos.

  • Master your footwork and agility with these challenging jump rope classes. Be ready to sweat!

  • In these videos, we'll go into all the complexity and nuance of striking technique, important points for technique in MMA, muay thai, boxing and self defense. Mastering the details will not only improve your defense and enable you to hit harder and faster, it will actually improve the workout you get from our other classes. Good technique almost always utilizes more of the body, and in a more coordinated and athletic fashion, than poor technique.

  • Utilizing a variety of stretches, you can increase your flexibility and prevent injuries. Target specific muscle groups or dive into our full body flexibility. You don't want your quads to cramp up half way through your work out... it's not a good experience, trust me.

Not sure where to start?

Your first couple weeks with FightFit Online will have you go through a series of introduction classes to ensure you’ve got the basics down. From there, you are free to choose classes as you like. However, you’ll receive a first month calendar to guide you, should you want a some additional guidance.

These are not one-time classes, either. These classes are designed to be challenging enough for you to be able to revisit them numerous times and still get value out of them.
